Curious about weddings at The Rustic Red Barn? We’re here to help. Below you’ll find some frequently asked questions we receive. Please get in touch if you have additional questions. We are here to make sure you have everything that you need for your special day! 

Do you require specific vendors?

No, you are free to use any vendors of your choosing. All vendors must have their required certifications to cater, serve alcohol, etc. and a copy will be provided to us prior to your event date. 

Do I need to schedule a tour to see the barn venue?

Yes. You must schedule a tour so we can ensure we are available to show you the venue and all it has to offer. 

Do you allow dogs at the venue?

Absolutely! We are dog lovers. All well behaved dogs are welcome to be a part of your special day. 

We recommend asking someone to be in charge of them for the day. You are responsible for your dog(s) and responsible to clean up after them at all times.

Can I have my ceremony inside or outside?

Yes. You can have your ceremony and your reception anywhere you would like on our property! 

What do I need to reserve my date?

We require 50% down payment and a signed contract to reserve your event date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your date of event. 

How long will I have access to the venue?

For a one day reservation, you will have access from first thing that morning until 11pm that night. For a weekend reservation you will have access from Friday afternoon-Sunday at 12p EST. 

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes! Unlike most venues, we provide 25 60" round tables and 200 chairs! If needed, you are welcome to rent additional options from a vendor.
